Arkadiy used to be the principal of the Mansion Evening program for One Bright Ray Inc., where he grew the program to 150 adult learners. Currently, he is an Ed.D student at Temple University and is also the Coordinator of Media for the New DEEL (Democratic Ethical Educational Leadership). He spent his early career teaching social studies to credit-deficient high school students and maintains democracy, ethics, and citizenship as the basis of his practice. Arkadiy's research interests include adult secondary education and adult literacy.
